Rates quoted include all taxes.

Cancellation policy
More than 3 Days prior to check-in date: ***NO FEE***
Within 3 Days of check-in date:  ***1 night's tariff***
On day of check-in (& for stays of 2 nights or more): ***2 night's tariff***
NO SHOW:  ***100% of entire booking***

Amendments as available.
NB: cancellations involving Long Weekends, New Years Eve, Public Holidays, School Holidays and Special Events will attract up to ***100% cancellation charge*** regardless of notification guidelines above.

Securing a reservation
At the time of making a booking a credit card number is required to secure the reservation (as per the cancellation policy). Cheques/Money Orders are accepted only by prior arrangement. Bookings are not confirmed until such time that we process your booking and issue a confirmation number.

For certain high season periods a deposit may be required.
