Please click on the appropriate form to help us process your request quickly. The booking and inquiry forms can only be filled out in English. All bookings will be charged in Australian dollars.

General cancellation policy:
7 Days prior to check-in date - no fee
Within 7 Days of check-in date - one nights tariff
Within 24 hours of check-in - two nights tariff (for reservations of more than one night).
NO SHOW - 100% of booking

A credit card number is required to confirm the reservation as per our cancellation policy. Cheque/Money Orders for the first nights accommodation are accepted only by prior arrangement.

Please note, Roslyn Gardens Serviced Apartments does not have an elevator, rooms are accessible by stairs. If a lower floor is required please let us know and, although it can not be guaranteed, we will do our best to comply with the request.
